1. Recognized or not: The HIMS is strictly compliant with the guidelines of NATIONAL MEDICAL COMMISSION (NMC) . All programs offered are approved by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, and are affiliated with MGKVP University & ABVM University is the supreme authority giving permission to admit students, in a phased manner. Most of the institutions fail to meet the rigorous standards prescribed by NMC, even after initial or first-year permissions, putting the careers of students at stake. Heritage is one of the few institutes not only in the state but in the country which has two consecutive MBBS batches running since its inception, permitted by the Government of India.
2. Fees: The institute prides itself in the transparency of fee structure, with no hidden costs and the annual fee structure is in accordance with State Government Policy.

6. Security: The institute is in a walled facility with strict monitoring of persons entering the campus. The academic and hospital blocks are separated restricting the entry of unauthorised people. A part from this Security guards, alarms and CCTV surveillance is present round the clock.
