Complete online registration on the official DGME portal (upneet.gov.in) and submit the prescribed security deposit.

Document Verification

Verify academic certificates, identity cards, and category credentials at the designated nodal verification center.

Choice Filling & Locking

Select "Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences, Varanasi" as your top preference during the online choice filling window.

Seat Allotment & Reporting

Download official provisional allotment letter from UP NEET portal and report to Heritage IMS campus within the designated schedule.
